How safe are your bounce houses?

Bounce houses are safe as long as the safety rules are followed. As with any playground equipment, everyday bumps and bruises are possible. The main rule is parental supervision. Most incidents involving bounce houses are from unsupervised bouncers

How clean are your bounce houses?

Bounce houses are safe as long as the safety rules are followed. We clean and sanitize our jump houses after every use. Our deep cleaning includes vacuuming and sweeping. We also use this time to inspect the unit for damage and wear. If a bounce house arrives and it is not up to standards, please inform the driver and he will make sure it is clean before leaving.s with any playground equipment, everyday bumps and bruises are possible. What do I do if the bounce house deflates during my event?

If the bounce house stops or the air pressure is low, remove all users immediately and find the source of the problem. The electrical cord should be plugged into an outlet and be the only thing operating on that electrical circuit. The blower tube should be tightly secured around the blower hole. Make sure all the zippers are closed and not releasing air. Circuit breakers should also be checked for tripped breakers. If the breaker is tripped, remove one or more motors from that breaker and onto another breaker. In the event we come out due to an electrical fuse, there will be a $50 service charge.

Does Jr’s Party Rental have liability insurance?

Absolutely, we are insured and licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and have our units fully inspected once a year.

How far in advance should I reserve a fun house?

We are more than willing to rent you a house for several months in advance or an hour in advance. However, the sooner you reserve, the more likely you are to secure the particular funhouse you want.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

What are your policies for inclement weather?

Jr’s Party Rental reserves the right to make any final decisions to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. As long as it is not lightning, thundering, heavy rains, or winds do not exceed 20 mph we PLAN to deliver and set up our moonwalks. If you choose to cancel the moonwalk rental, please let us know before we head to your location. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation at no cost. All payments made will be held for your future rental.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Deposits are non-refundable unless there is inclement weather on that day. Our definition of inclement weather is raining on the day of the party or below 40 degrees. If it is raining on your party date or below 40 degrees, a driver will contact you to see if you want to go ahead with your rental or cancel. If you choose to cancel due to the weather conditions as stated, we will not deliver it to you and anything you have already paid will be issue to you in a form of a raincheck good for 6 months. If you choose to keep you rental, we will deliver and full payment will be due. No refunds or discounts will be given at that point even it rains all day or temperatures are below 40.HOWEVER the customer must call to cancel and it may ONLY be done ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT and must be BEFORE the driver arrives. We do not accept weather cancellations for cold, cloudy days with 40% or less chance of scattered showers unless it's below 40*F or actively raining in your area 2 hours before your rental period.During certain weather conditions that make the inflatable unsafe for use, we reserve the right to cancel the rental and not give the customer the option to continue with the rental unless an indoor venue can be secured. If we cancel the rental due to unsafe weather conditions, we will refund anything you have already paid toward the rental or if you prefer, we will allow you to change to an alternate date.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damage?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign our safety rules acknowledging you are the trained operator.

What surfaces can the bounce houses be set up on?

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We are notable to set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will tear through the vinyl jumps.

What time will the inflatable be delivered?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-4 hours before the rental time begins.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas further out. Remember, prices do not include sales tax.

Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time?

No, we arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes, a blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged the unit will deflate.That is why we require an outlet within 50 ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, that is why we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

We love setting up at parks but most parks do not have electricity. If you want to set up at a park.
