If you are renting at a city park or commercial location, I, the customer acknowledge that are reservation and permit may be needed. Please make sure and have arrangements made before your event.
To continue, please acknowledge that Jr’s Party Rental charges extra to dolly equipment further than 50 yards, travel up/down stairs and steep hills, and if electrical outlets are not within 100 ft of where the bounce houses are set up. If any of this pertains to you please contact us.
Please remember at no time is candy, gum, shoes, silly string, food, or drinks are allowed in the inflatables. There is a $50 to $100 charge for not following these rules. Also, after we leave I CANNOT move the bounce house.
I acknowledge that by completing a reservation, a small down payment or deposit will be required to hold my order. This amount will be subtracted from my bill, and the remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. The down payment or deposit is nonrefundable. If I cancel, the payment will be forfeited. In the case of bad weather, the down payment or deposit will be used as a credit. I can transfer that rain date credit to another date and I have a year to use that credit.
Do not move the unit from the place where it was installed. If the unit moves, pull the cornerback to its original location of installation. Absolutely, keep the unit away from swimming pools.
